The High Line – look who’s crossing the rail line?

The High Line is an elevated park located in the West side of Manhattan. It currently stretches from 14th street to 30th street on an old  freight rail line which ran from 1934 to 1980.  Watch out for that little guy on the rail ! That tiny statue is Carson, created by artist Tomoaki Suzuki.  Carson was handcrafted in lime wood in 2009, he is in the current “Lilliput” exhibition along the High Line until April 14, 2013.
